Nuevas aulas para dar oportunidad a más jóvenes de estudiar la preparatoria fueron inauguradas en la Prepa 22 de la UANL.
“La UANL se ha caracterizado por su constante crecimiento”, afirmó el Rector de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, Rogelio Garza Rivera, al acudir a la apertura de las nuevas aulas de la prepa 22 en Juárez, N.L.
Comentó que año con año “recibimos a más alumnos que incrementan lo que he llamado la gran familia universitaria”.
Para el Rector, el aumento de la matrícula exige la apertura de más y mejores espacios académicos y deportivos, de ahí que ayer hayamos entregado nuevas obras en la Prepa 22 UANL #UnidadJuárez y en la Preparatoria 12 UANL.
Dijo que en Juárez inauguramos cuatro aulas que beneficiarán a 440 nuevos alumnos de los turnos matutino y vespertino. En Cadereyta abrimos una nueva biblioteca, una sala de cómputo, un elevador para facilitar la accesibilidad y un par de canchas de tenis.
“Mi compromiso es seguir trabajando para que las escuelas tengan mejores condiciones para realizar la tarea de transformar estudiantes en los profesionistas del futuro”, expresó.
Estas actividades forman parte de las tareas que lleva a cabo esta semana el Rector, Rogelio Garza Rivera, en el inicio de clases de las 28 facultades de la UANL y de todas las prepas y sus anexos en diversos municipios del área metropolitana.
Por otra parte, el directivo universitario invitó a participar en el proyecto de movilidad sustentable #ConectaUANL por las distintas dependencias de la UANL, principalmente por las facultades de #CiudadUniversitaria.
Agregó que en estas pláticas, encabezadas por el Arquitecto Francisco Fabela, Director de Planificación y Ordenamiento de Espacios y Edificios Universitarios, buscarán también el aporte de los universitarios para conocer sus dudas, inquietudes y sugerencias para mejorar este proyecto, que tiene como objetivo optimizar la movilidad al interior de los campus, garantizar la seguridad vial, reducir los tiempos de traslado y crear espacios públicos que incentiven la convivencia e integración.
“Con tu apoyo transformaremos nuestra gran Universidad”, reafirmó Garza Rivera.
