Dentro del marco de la corresponsabilidad social que rodea a la Sección 21 del SNTE, se realizó la entrega de la premiación a los participantes ganadores de la convocatoria emitida del certamen “Ser promotora y promotor de derechos humanos”, los cuales fueron entregados por su Secretario General, Mtro. Guadalupe Salinas Garza y el Comité Ejecutivo Seccional del organismo, en Coordinación con la Comisión Nacional y Estatal de Derechos Humanos.
En el evento asistieron como invitados especiales, en representación del Gobernador del Estado Jaime Heliodoro Rodríguez Calderón y del Secretario de Educación en el Estado, Dr. Arturo Estrada Camargo en la presencia de Juan Leal Rodríguez Director Jurídico de la SE en el Estado; el Teniente Coronel Raymundo Romero Ramos en Representación del Comandante de la Séptima Zona Militar de la SEDENA, el General Agustín Radilla Suástegui, el Lic. Luis González González, Secretario Ejecutivo de la Comisión Nacional de los Derechos Humanos y la Lic. Rocío Mendoza Cepeda en representación de la Mtra. Sofía Velasco Becerra Presidenta de la Comisión Nacional de los Derechos Humanos en el Estado.
Este certamen tiene como fin, reconocer a las niñas y niños de educación básica de escuelas públicas, por sus acciones honestas, solidarias, respetuosas y comprensivas con los demás y que impacten de manera eficiente en la convivencia escolar.
En su mensaje el Líder Sindical de la Sección 21 expresó su beneplácito a los padres de familia y alumnas y alumnos participantes del certamen puntualizando el respeto de los derechos humanos por parte del SNTE y de nuestro Presidente del Consejo General Sindical Mtro. Juan Díaz de la Torre. Es por ello por lo cual se han implementado programas nacionales estableciendo alianzas estratégicas con el Ejército Nacional, la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos impulsando en los Proyectos y Acciones el respeto a los niños y niñas, a la mujer y a nosotros mismos.
Destacó la importante presencia de dos importantes Instituciones, la SEDENA , institución que le da seguridad a nuestro País, seguridad que siempre estará presente ante cualquier contingencia, y a la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos cuya función es la protección y defensa de los derechos humanos en nuestro País.
Por último ofreció un reconocimiento a los padres de familia y sus comunidades escolares por ser aliados en esta corresponsabilidad social.
En su participación el Lic. Luis González González agradeció la invitación a participar en la alianza estratégica con el SNTE y la SEDENA y ver los avances cualitativos de esta convocatoria.
Manifestó: “El ser promotor o promotora de los derechos humanos es muy congruente porque implica la participación de las personas, ahí está la diferencia, es la actitud que tenemos frente al dilema, el respeto a la tolerancia, de la aceptación a lo diverso, ser congruente es quizá el valor que encontramos en esta convocatoria que acertadamente se está llevando a cabo” , además indicó: “Esto es particularmente ser congruente con los derechos humanos, es muy importante cuando estamos hablando de materia educativa, a veces no es necesario explicar los derechos humanos cuando vemos un buen ejemplo en el maestro, el intendente o el padre de familia.” Concluyó.
En su oportunidad el Lic. Juan Leal Rodríguez, expresó: “Cuando hablamos de derechos humanos estamos hablando de los principios básicos en cuestiones fundamentales de cada ser humano, en la que todos tenemos la facultad y el derecho para ejercitarlos. Pero más aún implica de manera contundente que estamos hablando de reglas de conducta que rigen la vida del hombre en la sociedad, de tal manera que si nosotros tenemos la esperanza de vivir en un lugar más seguro, más estable de tener mejores condiciones de trabajo, de acceso a mejores condiciones económicas y sociales; indiscutiblemente tenemos que participar en ese proceso, y este tipo de eventos habla precisamente del compromiso de las organizaciones y de quienes las forman”.

ENTREGAN NOMBRAMIENTOS A LOS ASESORES VIRTUALES
Entrega de nombramientos a los asesores virtuales de la segunda generación de la Escuela Nacional de Formación y Profesionalización Sindical del SNTE en la Sección 21 de Nuevo León.
El acto fue realizado en el Polivalente de la Sección 21 con la Representación del Mtro. Guadalupe Adolfo Salinas Garza por parte de la Mtra. Laura Martínez Garza y el Prof. Mario Lumbreras Villasana acompañados del Colegiado de Organización de la Regiones Sindicales e integrantes del CES.
El curso-taller regional dará inicio su Primera Sesión Presencial el próximo sábado en 12 sedes regionales con la proyección de la Transmisión del mensaje de apertura por parte del Presidente del Consejo General Sindical del SNTE, Mtro. Juan Díaz de la Torre.
Al final del evento recibieron los materiales e instrucciones técnicas los Asesores Virtuales para la próxima inauguración del curso de la ENFPS.
