La Universidad de Monterrey está comprometida en su búsqueda y ampliación del conocimiento de su profesorado y alumnado, y una forma efectiva de lograr esta misión es por medio de alianzas entre instituciones.
Es por esto que la Escuela de Medicina de la UDEM y la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León acaban de cerrar un convenio en el que tanto estudiantes de ambas universidades, como sus profesores, saldrán beneficiados.
El convenio fue firmado en el Hospital Universitario el miércoles 12 de septiembre por José Eduardo García Luna Martínez, director de la Vicerrectoría de Ciencias de la Salud, y Edelmiro Pérez Rodríguez, director de la Facultad de Medicina de la UANL.
Por medio de esta nueva alianza, los futuros médicos podrán colaborar en proyectos de investigación; los profesores podrán impartir clases en ambas instituciones; habrá intercambios en campos clínicos, y los alumnos podrán realizar actividades en conjunto.
De esta manera se enriquecerá la experiencia académica de los estudiantes de la UDEM y se estrecharán los lazos con la UANL, para que así la excelencia de los programas de medicina de Nuevo León se convierta en faro de referencia en el país.
