Lo que parecía un evento que quedaría fuera del programa de competencias 2015 debido a las grandes competencias a celebrarse en Nuevo León como la Universiada y la Olimpiada Nacional, la Asociación de Atletismo de Nuevo León, A.C., entró al rescate del “Día del Estudiante” y bajo el nombre de 47° Evento Atlético UANL 2015 llevará a cabo esta tradicional competencia de pista y campo los días 14 y 15 de febrero dentro de las instalaciones del Centro de Alto Rendimiento (CARE).
Lo anterior lo informó Luciano Ramírez Gallardo, Presidente de la AANL, AC., quien manifestó que un evento de gran tradición no debe perderse más cuando significa una de las últimas pruebas previas a los grande eventos deportivos a celebrarse en Nuevo León, así como a las eliminatorias regionales de los mismos.
“Este es un evento de gran tradición que congrega a un gran número de estudiantes que también tendrá participación en la Universidad y la Olimpiada, por ello nosotros decidimos retomarlo e incluirlo dentro del Calendario de Competencias de Pista y Campo 2015 y darles la oportunidad a todos nuestros deportistas de foguearse y llegar en su máximo nivel a los grandes compromisos”, expresó Ramírez Gallardo.
El 47° Evento Atlético UANL 2015 constará de un total de 50 pruebas en disputa entre semifinales y semifinales donde los estudiantes tratarán de dar sus mejores marcas y records durante los días de competencia que dará inicio el sábado 14 de febrero a partir de las 08:30 horas en la Pista Atlética del Centro de Alto Rendimiento, ubicadas en el Parque Niños Héroes y concluirán el domingo 15 febrero alrededor de las 14:00 horas.
“Durante el evento estarán en juego más de 50 records, entre ellos 12 implementados apenas en el año 2014, como el de 400 metros planos de Verónica Cibran del ITESM con marca de 56:83, Juan Alanís de la UANL en los 100 metros planos con 10:37, Mario Cota de la UANL en Lanzamiento de Bala y Martillo con 17.39 y 55.21 metros respectivamente”, comentó Luciano Ramírez Gallardo.
En total serán un total de 19 pruebas en competencia las que estarán en juego, entre las que se encuentran: 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1500 m, 5000 m, 10,000 m, 3000 stp, 100/110 c/v, 400 c/v, Relevo 4×100, Relevo 4×400, L. Martillo. Lanzamiento de Bala, Lamiento de Disco, Lanzamiento de Jabalina, Longitud, Altura, Garrocha, Triple.
“Se premiará con medalla al 1°, 2° y 3° lugar de cada prueba y rama, Trofeo equipo campeón criterio olímpico, además se premiara adicionalmente con $50,000.00 en especie a repartirse en los atletas que rompan los records del evento” concluyó el Presidente de la Asociación de Atletismo de Nuevo León, Luciano Ramírez Gallardo.
