Con una audiencia mayor a 150 mil personas en los distintos espectáculos ubicados en USA, México, Canada , Nueva Zelanda y Australia, el mayor festival de Wellness del mundo “Wanderlust”, estará en Monterrey el próximo 31 de octubre en el Parque Fundidora.
Wanderlust actualmente se ha convertido gracias a sus asistentes y maestros en un festival que toca en lo más profundo del corazón de quien vive la magia de dicho evento.
Brian Gahan, Director de Wanderlust en México, comenta que el festival es muy importante en el mundo, ya que la gente que asiste y lo vive hace de él una experiencia de vida importante.
Gahan añade que el valor agregado es que aportan su granito de arena creando una comunidad a través de un movimiento de consciencia y no competencia.
“Seleccionamos Monterrey para empezar porque la comunidad regiomontana de Yoguis, practicantes, corredores y gente que medita es una comunidad muy activa en el país y creciente”, afirma.
“Tuve la oportunidad de venir al Congreso de Yoga de Monterrey organizado por Lety Lozano y me quede impresionado de la respuesta y compromiso de las personas de generar un movimiento de consciencia en Monterrey”, expresó el Director de Wanderlust en México.
El experto explicó que se eligió el Parque Fundidora al ser el espacio que les abrió sus puertas para hacer este festival, a lo cual están agradecidos y también por la respuesta y la recepción de la gente de Monterrey hacia el festival, mencionó.
El evento, en su primera edición en México, contara con múltiples actividades tales como una carrera de 5K y varias rutinas de Yoga impartidos por profesionales en el ramo.
La carrera 5K estará dirigida por Sonia Treviño, la cual se denomina Pre Strech Run, que consiste en que todos los participantes puedan correr de la manera más apropiada.
Posteriormente Rina Jakubowicz, una de las maestras más reconocida en USA pro de habla hispana, dará 45 minutos de Yoga.
Después, Andrea Brook de California, dará una clase de Yoga de 45 minutos pero con un tris particular, estará tocando un instrumento que se llama Sonic Butterfly, un arpa con caras de 40 metros que volarán sobre el parque Fundidora y sobre la gente al mismo tiempo que amarán su segunda clase de Yoga.
La vibración de estas cuerdas sobre las personas que estarán tomando la clase será impactante. Esta vibración tiene un impacto, o más bien, un efecto curativo en el cuerpo y alma inmediato, que combinado con el Yoga, darán una experiencia única, memorable y hermosa.
Diversas actividades de Wanderlust
- Dany Garza estará dándonos una clase de AcroYoga.
- Billy White y Lety Lozano nos darán una meditación guiada de 30 minutos.
- Sandy Garza nos mostrar todo lo que es volar con su Circoteca.
- Las chicas de MyYogaKids cuidaran a ls niños y les darán su clase de Yoga.
- Dav Ramos y Maryan Rojas (DF) estarán acompañando a Andrea Brook en su clase de Yoga.
- Dalila en nuestra Zona de Play mostrándonos como usar el Hula Hooping.
- Los chicos de Drum Art con su música también nos acompañarán durante todo el evento.
Brian Gahan agregó que espera que la gente asista al festival para pasar un día increíble en comunidad, compartiendo, no compitiendo, además de que el regiomontano puede esperar trabajo con su comunidad y gratitud.
Asimismo, detalló que Wanderlust es un irresistible deseo de viajar, practicar yoga, escuchar música, comer bien, vivir la vida en armonía, apreciar el arte y crear una comunidad de vida consciente.
